STAGE REQUIREMENT FOR SITAR RECITAL
- One hour before the commencement of the programme the stage has to be cleaned and ready
- Once cleaned ,no one with footwear is allowed to move on the stage till the end of the show.
- No banners, posters or adverisement materials can be displayed on the back or drop on the side wings.
- Thick curtains ,either deep blue or black should be used for the side wings
- During the performance no visitors either in the sidewing or in the green room will be allowed.
- The measurement of the raiser meant for the artiste and accompanying artistes is depth 84 inches,width 120 inches,height 12 -15 inches, all three sides of the raiser exposed to audience should be covered with deep blue or black curtain material while the top should have covered with white cover.
- 2 Shure SM 58 Mikes on short floor stands for the artiste , 4 Shure SM 57 Mikes on short stands for the accompanying artistes.
- An exclusive furnished A/C green room ( atleast 20” x 30” ) with mirror,wardrobe, proper lighting and attached bathroom (with western commode and adequate towels ) is to be provided before two hours of the performance.
- Arrangements may please be made to provide branded mineral water ,veg and non-veg food items, dairy or bakery products with hot coffee or tea.
- Please ensure that audience is seated ten minutes before the show ,no movements in between performance of sitar recital.
- No talking or humming will be allowed by the audience during the performance of sitar recital.
- No drinks ( either alcholic or soft drinks) and eatables to be provided inside the auditorium during,before and after the performance.
- Auditorium lights can be dimmed five minutes before the show and switched on only in the end.
- Mobiles, Cellular phones,Smart phones,Tablet PC ,laptpos should be switched off during the performance.
- No programme or speeches in between the performance will be allowed.
- Photographers or Videographers are not allowed to come on the stage during the performance.
- Photographers or Videographers are not allowed to use flash lights.
- Top class sound systems should be present in the auditorium with two monitors on the stage.
- This is a rare presentation of the sacred and most traditional art form of India by some outstanding artistes ,so your support and encouragement will enhance the quality of the performance.
